Our menu is designed to align with the "glow" philosophy by using science-backed nutrition to promote wellness and energy. We are a fast-growing plant-based food concept, operating within Glow Food’s innovative 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment.
We are looking for an efficiency-driven Operations Supervisor to streamline our workflows, maintain strict compliance, and champion our healthy food mission!
Role Mission & Key Responsibilities
As a core operational anchor on our floor, you will oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow for the entire team.
Concept Oversight: Oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure smooth, efficient workspace workflow.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all staff strictly follow SOPs, exact recipes, and specialty vegan food handling standards.
Operational Readiness: Conduct thorough daily opening and closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
Hygiene Monitoring: Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, and team personal hygiene standards.
Inventory Control: Ensure proper food storage, clear labelling, temperature control, and strict FIFO stock rotation.
Waste Reduction: Manage inventory ordering, receiving, stock control, and wastage reduction to optimize profitability.
Talent Development: Train, coach, and develop staff with a sharp focus on building versatile multi-concept skills.
Service Excellence: Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly on the spot.
