- Act as the main point of contact for all office matters, managing the relationship with building management and vendors
- Oversee building operations, security, maintenance and cleaning, keeping all building systems running efficiently
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, utility inspections and emergency preparedness are in place
- Lead space planning, renovations and facilities budgeting, working with building owners and senior management
- Provide facilities oversight across APAC offices, handling routine repairs, supplies and day-to-day employee needs
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years in maintenance supervision or a related field, with facilities management background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field
- Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
