Job Summary
Coordinate and support sales activities by preparing quotations, managing schedules, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Provide administrative support and maintain accurate sales records to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales activities and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements to facilitate sales processes
Arrange and coordinate work schedules and appointments with customers and operations teams to optimize service delivery
Respond to customer enquiries by providing clear information on pricing, products/services, availability, and schedules
Follow up proactively with customers on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders to advance sales closure
Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, work schedules, and service requirements, ensuring alignment
Collaborate with sales, operations, and internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery and resolve issues
Process sales orders and prepare relevant documentation while maintaining accurate sales records for reporting
Update and maintain customer information, quotation records, and sales-related documents to support data accuracy
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and general sales coordination to enhance customer engagement
Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve concerns promptly
Monitor ongoing orders and work schedules, following up on outstanding matters to ensure timely completion
Prepare basic sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and team for informed decision-making
Perform other ad-hoc sales and administrative duties as assigned to support team objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
Experience in service, construction, facilities management, or related industries is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with customers and internal teams
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good follow-up skills and a proactive approach to work
Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
