Job Summary:
The Food Manufacturing Manager oversees the entire production process in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the food manufacturing production line to meet production targets on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement production schedules, processes, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and company policies.
• Lead and motivate production staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Monitor and optimize machinery and equipment use, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols, minimizing workplace hazards and ensuring staff safety.
• Manage budget and resources effectively, including raw materials and labor costs.
