We are seekinga proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement activities as required.
Handle administrative duties, scheduling, and operational support functions.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
Be key person in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Address operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
Attend to site issues or cover site visits if needed.
Requirements
Diploma in any disciplines.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work a 5.5 days work week.
