As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience through job rotations, business projects, and on-the-job learning while working closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams. The program aims to accelerate your professional development and prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Job Purpose

The Management Trainee Program is designed for ambitious graduates who aspire to build a career in the baby and children's products industry. The program provides comprehensive exposure to key business functions and equips trainees with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to become future leaders. Through real business projects and cross-functional collaboration, trainees will contribute to initiatives that support the company's commitment to providing safe, innovative, and trusted products that enhance the everyday lives of families and children.

Responsibilities:

Business Rotation & Learning

• Participate in 24-month structured rotations across various business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Research & Development, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the FMCG business model, operations, products, and market dynamics.
• Support day-to-day operational and strategic activities within assigned departments.
• Complete assigned learning modules, training programs, and development activities.

Project Management

•   Support and drive business improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret business data to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Commercial Exposure

• Participate in market visits, customer engagements, and retail audits.
• Assist in sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
• Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs, consumer behaviour, and market trends.

Operational Excellence

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates and recommendations effectively.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Development

• Demonstrate leadership potential through project ownership and teamwork.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Build strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders.

Job Specification / Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Food Science, or related disciplines with CGPA 3.2 and above.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
