Job Summary
The F&B Executive will develop comprehensive operational skills to ensure smooth daily operations, demonstrate effective communication with customers and team members, and lead by example as a respectful, management-minded role model.
Responsibilities
Acquire and apply all operational duties to maintain smooth daily F&B operations
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to enhance service quality
Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
Demonstrate leadership by modeling respectful behavior and management principles
Exhibit management mindset by consistently aligning actions with leadership expectations after training completion
