Key Responsibilities:

1. General Operations

- Oversee and ensure efficient execution of warehouse operations in line with internal SOPs, customer SLAs, and safety regulations.

- Monitor key operational KPIs including accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and cost efficiency.

- Lead overall manpower planning, shift allocations, and performance tracking across warehouse, customer service, and support teams.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase output.

2. New Customer Onboarding

- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new customers in collaboration with Business Development, IT, and Customer Service teams.

- Develop and implement tailored SOPs based on customer requirements.

- Plan warehouse setup for new accounts, including space planning, system configuration, and staff briefings.

- Ensure successful operational go-live and stabilize post-onboarding performance.

3. E-Commerce Operations Oversight

- Oversee all E-commerce fulfillment activities including B2C order processing, pick/pack, returns, and dispatch.

- Ensure high SLA compliance and smooth coordination with WMS and platform integrations.

- Liaise with IT and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities.

- Drive improvements in lead time, packing quality, and customer satisfaction.

4. Zero-GST Warehouse Activities

- Ensure adherence to Singapore Customs regulations for bonded (Zero-GST) warehouse operations.

- Maintain full documentation, system records, and stock movement tracking for audits and compliance.

- Liaise with Finance and Compliance teams during internal and external reviews.

- Conduct training and checks to ensure team compliance with bonded warehouse controls.

5. Strategic Operations and Reporting

- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor team performance and output.

- Implement systems to track daily productivity, man-hours, and cost per piece/customer.

- Lead weekly ops review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support future planning of automation, process redesign, and warehouse layout optimization.

6. Work Safety and health

Ensure compliance with local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all operations.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.

Lead and participate in safety drills, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations to promote a strong safety culture.

Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders to maintain certifications and address any regulatory requirements.

7. Warehouse vendors and maintenance

Oversee the performance of third-party warehouse service providers, including facility management, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors.

Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse infrastructure (e.g., racking systems, dock levellers, lighting, HVAC).

Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and cost control related to maintenance and support services.

Liaise with landlords, facility owners, and external vendors to ensure operational uptime and compliance with lease or building requirements.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,300.00 per month
