Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager in the daily management of school operations, facilities and services.
• Coordinate and follow up with IFM contractors and service partners on maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating OSOs in their operational duties.
• Assist with quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals and operational documentation.
• Support school safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures.
• Assist with student discipline-related matters when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school management.
• Sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N(A)/N(T) Level with a pass in English.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint..
