Job Overview

Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works involving building civil and mechanical facilities to ensure the assigned property remains safe, functional and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of building civil and mechanical facilities.
• Attend to maintenance requests, defects and breakdowns.
• Perform basic repair and rectification works involving plumbing, sanitary, doors, ceilings, walls, fixtures and other building components.
• Assist with mechanical equipment and building services maintenance.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and scheduled servicing.
• Coordinate and assist contractors during repair and maintenance works.
• Record completed maintenance works and report outstanding issues.
• Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained.
• Follow site safety procedures and FM operational requirements.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Building Services or related field.
• Relevant building maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of building services and maintenance works.
• Able to work on shift, weekends or public holidays where required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
