Our client is a leading MultiTech Social Media company. This is a 12 month contract role.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily APAC creator content schedules, approvals, and cross-team handoffs.
• Track market progress, creator cohorts, content volume, deadlines, and operational risks.
• Evaluate creator rosters, briefs, and deliverables against brand standards, providing clear feedback.
• Validate content for local cultural fit, language nuance, and guideline compliance.
• Coordinate localized reviews with regional teams and external partners.
• Act as the main operational contact for agencies, managing turnaround times, language coverage, and issue resolution.
• Align global, regional, brand, and local teams on priorities and approvals; escalate risks as needed.
• Refine templates and tracking systems to scale recurring operations.
• Apply AI tools to boost operational efficiency, reporting quality, and process speed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 6-7+ years in program/project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer programs, or agency oversight.
• Experience with short-form social video, digital ad workflows, and influencer marketplaces.
• Deep knowledge of regional creator culture and social media trends across APAC markets.
• Track record of managing concurrent workstreams, tight deadlines, and external vendors.
• Strong editorial judgment for evaluating creator content and localized marketing assets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience building status tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering direct, actionable feedback.
