Join us as an Applications Engineer and be part of an exciting journey in the photonics and laser industry! You’ll drive innovation by developing and optimizing laser processes for a wide range of applications. Working hand-in-hand with customers, suppliers, and our in-house engineering teams, you’ll turn ideas into cutting-edge industrial solutions that make an impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and test laser applications for cutting, marking, engraving, welding, and surface texturing.

• Perform process feasibility studies and trials on customer materials.

• Optimize laser parameters to maximize quality, throughput, and efficiency.

• Support the integration of lasers with optical, motion control, and automation systems.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field.

• Interest or experience in laser micro-processing and its applications.

• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of optics, mechatronics, or automation is a plus.

• Relevant coursework in photonics, optics, or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
