Responsibilities
Verify documents for completeness, authenticity, and possible forgery.
Cross-check work pass application details against supporting documents and relevant portals.
Record discrepancies, update applicant/transaction records, and arrange documents where required.
Contact applicants for clarification or missing/incorrect documents.
Conduct interviews for suspected forged documents and escalate non-standard cases.
Supervisors oversee operations, guide staff, handle complex cases, and monitor quality/KPIs.
Support training, system testing, audits, reporting, process improvement, and information security compliance.
Requirements
GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent.
Meticulous with good communication and computer skills.
Strong supervisory, operational, IT, and communication skills.
