We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Operator to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment or systems, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and following company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in operations, manufacturing, production, utilities, or a related field is an advantage.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
• Relevant technical experience or certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery, equipment, or operational systems according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine checks and inspections to ensure equipment and processes are operating properly.
• Monitor operating conditions and report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out basic operational tasks, cleaning, and housekeeping as required.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Record operational readings, production data, inspection results, and other relevant information accurately.
• Follow all safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment properly.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the assigned work area.
• Support daily operational activities and other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
