岗位职责
Oversee production scheduling
Evaluate and establish process parameters
Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect functionality of products
Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems
Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products
Execute productivity programme such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.
Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies
