• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNowdevelopment and implementation.
• Strong experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, andCustom Applications.
• Expertise in workflow automation, Flow Designer,Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs,IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in requirements analysis,configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting,with good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CSM certifications preferred
