Finance Executive

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of finance functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL),bank reconciliation and month-end closing

• Prepare financial reports, schedules and supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner

• Assist in GST reporting, tax-related matters and finance documentation when required

• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis

• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, taxagents and external stakeholders when necessary

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements

• Support finance-related documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

• Experience handling full set of accounts, including AR, AP and month-end closing

• Candidates with experience in GST reporting, tax-related matters or statutory reporting will have an advantage

• Prior finance experience in real estate/property development or construction industry will be preferred

• Candidates with property development full-cycle finance experience are highly welcomed

• Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work within timelines

• Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
