Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily carpentry works at construction sites

Plan and arrange manpower according to the site work schedule

Assign daily tasks to carpenters and monitor work progress

Ensure carpentry works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and site requirements

Able to read and understand construction and carpentry drawings

Coordinate with Site Supervisor, Project Manager and other trades on site activities

Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet required quality standards

Arrange and monitor the usage of carpentry materials, tools and equipment

Ensure workers follow proper work procedures and safety requirements

Conduct on-the-job guidance and training for carpentry workers when required

Maintain daily work records and report site progress to management

Ensure work areas are properly maintained and kept in safe working condition

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction carpentry works

Good knowledge of formwork, timber works and general carpentry works

Able to supervise workers and work independently with minimal supervision
