Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Admin Cum Marketing Executive to support daily administrative operations while assisting with the company's marketing activities and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, filing, data entry, and office coordination.
• Manage and maintain records, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, presentations, letters, and other business documents when required.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and other administrative arrangements.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including preparing and posting content.
• Create simple marketing materials such as posters, flyers, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and monitoring campaign performance.
• Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors, trends, and potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties for marketing and administrative activities.
• Support customer enquiries and provide follow-up when required.
• Perform other administrative and marketing duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with Canva or other basic design tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
