Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of assigned premises — including offices, residential buildings, public areas, or commercial spaces. Ensures a safe, sanitary, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, corridors, and common areas

- Dust, wipe, and sanitise surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and glass

​

- Clean and disinfect restrooms, pantries, and common facilities; replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand towels)

​

- Empty, clean, and replace waste bins; sort and dispose of waste/recyclables as per guidelines

​

- Clean windows, stairwells, lifts, and entrance areas

​

- Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, burnt-out lights) or safety hazards to supervisor

​

- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly; follow all health & hygiene standards

​

- Adhere to schedules; complete assigned tasks within required timelines

​

- Keep cleaning tools and storage areas neat and organised

Pay: $2,080.00 - $2,350.00 per month
