Location:
Marsiling or Jurong East
(Walking distance from MRT)
Working Hours
4 weekdays:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
1 weekend day:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Process and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare, organise, and maintain documentation
Coordinate with customers and internal departments on documentation matters
Follow up on outstanding documents and requests
Update and maintain accurate records in the system
Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative support
Perform data entry and prepare basic reports
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned
