Manage the processing and coordination of sales orders across multiple sales divisions.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Handle daily order-related requests and transactional activities.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order fulfilment issues and minimise delays.

Track pending orders, outstanding orders and backlog status, ensuring timely follow-up.

Coordinate local purchases required to support sales orders.

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and purchasing arrangements.

Manage COO applications and related sales documentation.

Prepare and compare supplier quotations and pricing.

Process cash sales orders and coordinate with Finance on supplier payment follow-up.

Prepare cash vouchers and CIPL documentation.

Coordinate goods return processing and follow up on outstanding issues.

Monitor and maintain records of local indent funds.

Ensure all order and purchasing documentation is accurate and properly maintained.

Support the Supply Chain team with other operational and administrative tasks as required.
