Key responsibilities :-

Quality Planning :

• Organize the formulation of product quality objectives and improvement of the responsible customers.
• Develop and revise the process audit plan and control plan.
• Formulate and revise patrol inspection guidance card, abnormal resume, IPQC patrol inspection list, statistical table of process defects, etc

Quality Control :

• Monitor process quality data and conduct statistical analysis.
• Organize the regular implementation of the process audit plan.
• Product quality assurance capability in the verification/evaluation process.
• Monitor the work execution and performance appraisal of patrol inspection.

Quality Improvement :

• To organize and promote the analysis, improvement and prevention of major and emergent quality problems.
• Statistical analysis of quality data, analysis, improvement and prevention of the relevant units of the top three bad organizations.
• Organize the analysis, improvement and prevention of fatal defects in the process.
• Organize the analysis, improvement and prevention of the deficiency of product quality assurance capability in the process.
• Verify and evaluate the effectiveness of preventive improvement measures.

Handling of Customer Feedback :

• Responsible for handling customer complaints and risk assessment of suspicious batches of products.
• Implement the follow-up closed-loop of customer audit related issues.

Test Planning and Execution :

• Develop and execute test plan, test cases, and test scripts, both manually and through automation, to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.

Defect Identification and Management :

• Identify, document, and, track software defects, working with developers to reproduce and resolve them.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Collaborate with developers, products manager, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure test coverage.

Process Improvement :

• Identify areas for process improvement, contribute to the development of quality standards, and participate in code reviews.

Documentation :

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications :-

• Experience with various testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance).
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.

Soft Skills :-

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in foot-paced environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM 3,500.00 - RM 5,000.00 per month
