• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities from design, fabrication, installation, testing to commissioning.
• Support the Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Production, Procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.
• Assist in communicating with clients regarding project requirements, updates, and follow-up matters.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Monitor material delivery, manpower, and resources according to project requirements.
• Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and technical issues and follow up with the relevant teams for solutions.
• Support site activities including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on project-related matters.
• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Track project progress and highlight any delays or issues to the Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Assist in monitoring project costs and material usage.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Support FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning activities when required.
• Develop knowledge and experience in automation, machine building, fabrication, and system integration.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Management.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in project management, automation, manufacturing, engineering, or system integration is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management and engineering processes.
• Basic knowledge of automation systems, fabrication, engineering drawings, and machine building.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and support installation/commissioning activities when required.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
