About the role

Provide HR and office administration support, maintaining employees' personal information and administering payroll, performance management, insurance management, and employee benefits programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR and office administration support.
• Maintain employees’ personal information in Personnel file.
• Administer payroll, performance management, insurance management, employee benefits programs and office administration.
• Formulate, implement, review and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in special HR projects relating to Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS/HRMS implementation, staff training and development etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands on payroll experience in Singapore.
• Prior experience handling payroll for medium to large headcount is preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS system (HRIQ) is a plus
