Company Description The Badminton World Federation (BWF) is the international governing body for the sport of badminton, recognized by both the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee. Role Description The Corporate Information Technology Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of BWF’s corporate IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support global operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include Microsoft CRM Dynamics, and Microsoft Business Central. The manager coordinates IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades, while establishing policies, procedures, and documentation for secure and efficient IT operations. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to understand business needs, provide technical support, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and data integrity.
