Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including receivables, payables, reconciliations, and audit support while providing administrative assistance to Human Resources and supporting ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities


Process and manage accounts receivables and accounts payables to ensure accurate financial transactions
Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies for accurate cash flow reporting
Execute month-end closing activities and prepare GST filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain full set of accounts and support audit processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Provide administrative support to Human Resources to facilitate smooth HR operations
Assist with other accounting functions and complete ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned to support business needs




Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

Min. 2 years of relevant accounting experience

A positive work attitude, willingness to learn and contributing to team works

Good interpersonal, have initiative, independent and well-organised

Friendly working environment

Able to start work immediately or within short notices
