Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising the performance of floor service staff;

To ensure the standard of guest services and cleanliness of guest floors are achieved;

Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above

6 years relevant experience at a supervisory level

Fluent speaking of Cantonese, Mandarin, English and basic computer knowledge

Initiative, positive, innovative, smart, helpful and with good interpersonal and leadership skills
