Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills and have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design disciplines. This role will involve leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers to achieve outstanding visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in creating innovative and bespoke designs that align with client requirements.
• Oversee all stages of the design process, from initial concept development to project completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Ensure the highest quality of design output, maintaining our standard of zero compromises on quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Designer or Design Manager, preferably within the design and construction industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design projects.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
