Responsibilities:

• Reserve air ticket, hotel, manage travel arrangements and other related arrangements;
• Organize and manage daily schedules, business appointments;
• Perform other administrative support and ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 1 years or above relevant experience as a personal assistant to management;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as social manner;
• Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality;
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
