Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer focused with a positive attitude
• Comfortable handling phone calls, live chats, and emails
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to commit to a 24-hour rotational shift schedule

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, live chat, and email
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Achieve service quality and KPI targets
• Follow company procedures and customer service standards
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
