Job Description

PAP Community Foundation is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee learning and development programmes. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, coordinate programmes, manage learning resources, and support employee capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning and development programmes.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, attendance, and records.
• Support the administration and maintenance of learning management systems.
• Coordinate with trainers, training providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with training needs analysis and programme evaluation.
• Monitor training participation and learning outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations on L&D activities.
• Support employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in learning and development, HR, training administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines professionally.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Changi
