About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to coordinate production activities, support team performance, and ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met. Salary: $3,500 – $4,200/month Location: East Singapore Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production output and product quality, escalating issues promptly where required.
• Conduct daily team meetings and prepare production performance reports.
• Perform hands-on assembly operations involving components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies across different production areas.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
• Support new product and model introductions.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance issues when required.
• Train, guide, and support associates on production processes and operational skills.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training activities for new employees and junior team leaders.
• Assist with workforce coordination, including attendance monitoring.
• Support probation evaluations and training activities for new hires.
• Promote workplace safety and report potential safety concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Escalate production-related issues and work with relevant teams to identify possible solutions.
• Maintain effective communication between production associates and management.
• Support other production areas when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Understanding of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.
• Experience investigating production or quality issues and supporting corrective actions.
• Good reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with production metrics such as takt time, manpower planning, and production line balancing.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Able to perform work that involves standing for extended periods and manual handling where required.
