About the Role

Emway is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Fulfilment Admin Executive to support our growing e-commerce business. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple online marketplaces by managing order fulfilment, inventory coordination, product listings, and administrative support.

• Product Listing & Marketplace Administration

• Customer & Order Co-ordination

• Livestream & Campaign Operations

• E-commerce Order Fulfilment

• Returns & Exception Handling

About You

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.

• 1–3 years' experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics or administration.

• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Shopify is advantageous.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical & Work Requirements

Hybrid operational role involving both office administration and warehouse fulfilment duties.

Candidates should be physically fit for light lifting and prolonged standing.
