The HR Assistant, engaged on a one-year fixed-term contract, will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in recruitment coordination, onboarding, training administration and employee services.
The role will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, training administration, HR reporting and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will be responsible for routine administrative tasks and must escalate confidential, sensitive or complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate records.
Support onboarding, orientation, offboarding and exit clearance activities.
Maintain employee records, HRIS data and HR trackers.
Assist with employee confirmations, contract renewals and employee movements.
Support attendance, leave, overtime and payroll administration.
Maintaining and coordinating of Training records and evaluations
Prepare basic HR reports, presentations and data summaries.
Support meetings, townhalls, employee engagement activities, audits and HR projects.
Manage HR filing, document control, scanning and archiving.
Escalate confidential, sensitive or complex matters to the Assistant HR Manager and Senior HR Manager.
Minimum Educational (Formal Training,Languages, Abilities) And Experience Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Other Requirements:
HRIS or recruitment system experience is an advantage.
IHRP-CA certification is advantageous.
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract position. Renewal or extension will be subject to business requirements, performance, mutual agreement and applicable company policies.
