Sales Admin (Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with Sales, Suppliers, and relevant departments to obtain pricing and product information.
• Process sales orders and maintain sales documentation.
• Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and order status.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Coordinate project-related information between customers and internal teams.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Min 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
• Experience in quotation preparation for project-based sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
