Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organised
Operation Support Assistant
to join our team. You will support our operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Process
Service Orders, Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
Create and maintain the
daily schedule for technicians
Purchase required
products and materials
Scan and digitise important documents for efficient record-keeping
Assist with
general administrative duties
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Undertake other
ad hoc assignments
as required
Requirements
Good organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to multitask and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Sat 8.30AM - 12.30PM
