Location: Kedah Rubber City

Job Description:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs according to design changes and site conditions.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, progress claims, and final account submissions.
• Review subcontractor quotations, verify quantities, and participate in price negotiations.
• Monitor and analyze project cost performance, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist Project Manager in procurement, cost control, and financial planning.
• Handle project final accounts and support financial reconciliation.
• Ensure all cost and contractual documents are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Job Qualification:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction cost standards and local market rates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software (CostX / Glodon preferred).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
