Job Title: Finance Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 2years of experience in finance or accounting, with proven experience in a executive role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
