Sales Representative (E-commerce & Digital)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling online enquiries, recommending mobile products, and assisting with basic digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in driving online sales through product demonstrations, live streaming sessions, and customer engagement.
• Create and edit simple promotional video content to introduce mobile products, features, and special offers to prospective buyers.
• Handle customer enquiries, product consultations, and sales conversions via WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media channels.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain updated knowledge on mobile phone models, specifications, pricing, and warranty terms to provide accurate product advice.
• Assist in managing online store activities, live stream sales campaigns, and order follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Prior experience or strong interest in sales, e-commerce, or digital customer engagement.
• Comfortable presenting products on camera, conducting basic video editing (e.g., CapCut), and hosting live streams to generate sales.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or relevant fields is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Good communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willing to work on scheduled rosters, including weekends or public holidays based on online sales campaigns.
