If you're currently working in a recruitment agency and enjoy the thrill of sourcing, headhunting and closing candidates, but are looking for an opportunity to move in-house without losing the excitement of recruitment, we'd love to speak with you.

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to attract and hire talent at all levels. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while helping to strengthen our employer brand and build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and other creative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Prepare compelling job advertisements and candidate marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports.
• Coordinate internship and government recruitment funding programmes where applicable.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Around 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Agency recruitment experience is highly preferred, although in-house recruiters are also welcome to apply.
• Proven experience sourcing both active and passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
