Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Seremban.
• The Quality Assurance Engineer will serve primarily as window person to customers & suppliers.
• Daily responsibilities include responding to customers' technical inquiries related to product, or collaborating with engineering, production, and management teams to resolve quality issues.
• The role also involves monitoring quality metrics, participating in root cause analysis, recommending process improvements, and supporting audits and compliance activities.
• The Quality Assurance Engineer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain consistent product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles, including quality control processes and standards compliance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and management teams.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple testing activities and deadlines.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in precision manufacturing, industrial quality assurance, or related environments is an advantage.
