岗位职责

Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), and manage the tendering process end to end.
Perform quantity take-offs and measurement of works from drawings and specifications.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct cost estimation, cost analysis, and feasibility studies for project trade works.
Carry out value management and cost control throughout all project stages.
Prepare, submit, and evaluate progress claims, variation claims, and final accounts.
Administer contracts, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution of contractual disputes.
Evaluate subcontractors' completed work and certify payments.
Identify, assess, and develop responses to commercial and contractual risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant contract forms (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC) and statutory requirements, including the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOP Act).
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on cost-related matters.
Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress and quantities.
Maintain proper documentation in line with company and ISO standards.
