Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Analyze client briefs, contract specifications, and design drawings to drive site implementation.
Produce clear method statements, detailed shop drawings, and inspection documents to maintain quality control.
Conduct ACMV static pressure, system performance, kitchen hood/exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet design and ventilation codes.
Coordinate daily installation schedules across MEP and architectural trades to prevent trade conflicts on site.
Prepare technical backup and justification for Variation Orders (VO), abortive works, and damage claims.
Assist with Testing, Adjusting, and Commissioning (TAB) activities to ensure all equipment operates within specified design tolerances.
Finalize as-built drawings and documentation to reflect true site conditions upon project completion.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
