Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to coordinate end-to-end payroll operations, tax reconciliations, and general ledger journals. You will handle compliance, employee inquiries, and internal reporting, while driving system standardization and continuous operational improvements to ensure precise, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process termination payments (resignation/retirement) and bonus payments.
• Administer, calculate, pay, and reconcile payroll taxes, along with all other payment-related items.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger wages journals, payment summaries, and year-end reporting (Form EA & Form E).
• Liaise with management and staff regarding pay enquiries, and collaborate with Recruitment Support on appointments, terminations, remuneration, and conditions of service.
• Perform month-end consolidation, processing support, checking, auditing, and internal reporting (e.g., intercompany reports).
• Maintain accurate staff records (including archiving and filing) and support system upgrades and operational improvement projects.
• Organize daily work effectively to consistently meet agreed productivity targets, KRA goals, and quality improvement standards.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll administration and processing.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll auditing.
• Proficiency in general ledger reconciliations and year-end tax reporting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
