Job Summary

Responsible for leading daily sales operations to achieve targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with managers to align sales strategies with customer needs. Maintain client communications and accurate sales records to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of sales representatives to achieve defined sales targets and drive business growth

Collaborate with store, general, and production managers to communicate evolving customer needs and align sales strategies

Assist line managers in maintaining effective client communication and providing timely feedback to enhance customer satisfaction

Initiate and implement sales activities, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility and market presence

Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients for informed decision-making

Submit detailed reports on sales, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customer onboarding to management for performance tracking

Monitor and control marketing expenses by adhering to budget limits to optimize resource allocation

Evaluate sales team performance regularly and implement targeted improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness

Apply organizational skills to schedule tasks, control inventory, and prioritize activities efficiently

Use effective communication skills to interact clearly with staff, customers, and suppliers

Required competencies and certifications

Proven experience supervising teams in the hospitality industry
