• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or a related field.
• Must have more than 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Must have experience in requirements engineering for Enterprise Bespoke System or similar.
• Good to have Working experience in Government of Singapore projects
• Good to have experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (Python/R).
• Good to have proficiency in technical skills like SQL, Excel, BPMN/UML modeling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
