At least 4 - 8 years working experience
Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience in process discovery, process mapping, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
Experience working across Business and IT teams.
Ability to understand operational processes and convert them into structured,reusable documentation.
Experience identifying process improvement, streamlining, and automation opportunities.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with business users, IT teams, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
Ability to work in a structured banking or regulated environment
PreferredExperience
Bankingor financial services experience.
Experience in wealth
management operations, portfolio financing, AML, KYC, compliance operations
, or banking back-office processes.
Exposure to process digitalization, workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-codeplatforms, or operational transformation.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, business process management platforms,workflow tools, or process repository tools.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, or operational excellenceapproaches.
Experience working within an internal delivery model or established enterprise governance framework.
