We’re Hiring: Training Coordinator | 1-Year Contract

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Contract: 1 Year

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We’re looking for an Training Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth execution of our learning and development activities.

This is a hands-on role focused on training coordination, logistics, compliance tracking, reporting, vendor coordination and HRDC-related administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, venues, rooms, equipment, meals and other logistics

• Support both face-to-face and virtual training sessions

• Prepare training materials and send calendar invitations

• Track training attendance, completion and compliance status

• Maintain and reconcile L&D records and training-related files

• Monitor post-training evaluations and follow up on outstanding responses

• Track training expenses, invoices and L&D budgets

• Coordinate with external training vendors and facilitators

• Generate training participation and compliance reports

• Support HRDC grants and claims in coordination with Learning Operations

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, L&D or a related field

• Experience in L&D, training coordination, HR operations or training administration

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience with training records, reporting and compliance tracking

• Good Microsoft Office/Excel skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with training vendors, invoices or budgets is an advantage

• HRDC grant/claims experience is highly preferred

• Candidates who are able to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang

Training sessions scheduled and executed on time

Accurate and up-to-date training records

Effective compliance and completion tracking

Training spend managed within the approved budget

Smooth coordination with employees, vendors and facilitators
