The Role
A newly created role to support our business growth. As our
Admin Associate
, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You enjoy working with people, learning new things, and taking ownership of a variety of tasks, including:
Coordinate key meetings, team events, and global travel arrangements.
Keep our office running smoothly—from supplies and equipment to facilities.
Manage deliveries, mail, and packages.
Keep documents, records, and inventory organized and up to date.
Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs.
Requirement
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
Comfortable juggling different tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is a plus.
